Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing inventory and ensuring the warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and act independently within delegated responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
