1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership to improve processes and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and contribute to process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, and report issues as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
