1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling tasks such as stock receiving, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading shipments, warehouse inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
