We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team for the 1st shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physical stamina to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
