Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
- Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
- Efficiently organize tasks and maintain compliance with company standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in various temperatures and environments.
