Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and energetic 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven for success and efficient in organizing and executing tasks.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities in warehouse environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
