Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi. This role offers various schedules and a starting wage of up to $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
- Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
- Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
- Ability to organize, communicate, and follow company policies.
- High school diploma preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
- Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
