Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery to our stores. The position offers a starting wage of $23.00 per hour for 30-35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety, notifying management of issues.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
- Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
