We are seeking a First Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect product quality and safety, maintaining compliance with standards.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Interpret company policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
