1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at $23.00 per hour. Your responsibilities will include efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, performing cleaning duties, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. You will also collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, and operate powered industrial equipment.

Job Qualifications

Requirements for this role include being at least 18 years old and demonstrating competencies in quality, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, can work independently and in a team, and follow instructions diligently.
