1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling, preparing, and distributing merchandise to our stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and work efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
