1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will also collaborate closely with team members and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve operational goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures, hot and cold, including outdoor and refrigerated environments.
