Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler! Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a part-time position with fewer than 30 hours per week, this role offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform warehouse cleaning and inventory duties.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective operations.
- Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

- Stand, bend, reach, and lift within warehouse environment
- Work in varying temperatures
- Operate powered industrial equipment
