Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain physical agility to move merchandise and work in varying temperatures.
