1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our ALDI team. Our warehouse operations ensure that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. This position is part-time, with less than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Make decisions independently to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
