Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our warehouse operations team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. This position offers part-time hours, averaging fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Our warehouse environment includes both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, where thorough training and safety measures are provided to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to meet physical requirements including lifting, bending, and operating equipment.
