Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Movements include bending, reaching, lifting, and walking.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
