1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of the warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products are efficiently processed for our stores and customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate with peers and leadership for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
