1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
