Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The role offers competitive pay starting from $18.50 - $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
