Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This Full-Time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Job Qualifications

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in varying temperatures.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
