1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. Various schedules are available to suit your availability and preference.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse in compliance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Exhibit conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Demonstrate efficient organization and execution, with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail required.
