Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring product quality and safety standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and escalate issues as needed.
• Operate equipment safely in compliance with guidelines.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
