1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and contributing to inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes and achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and escalate issues to warehouse management.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious work practices, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, organization, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
