Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, and organizing incoming stock efficiently, ensuring that our stores are well-supplied with merchandise. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately within company guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Capability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
