1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate competencies such as conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, success orientation, and efficiency. Additionally, candidates should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and basic arithmetic skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position involves frequent lifting of up to 45 pounds, movement of merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and operating powered industrial equipment. It requires working in varying temperatures and environments.
