1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
