1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, relocating products within the warehouse, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and sort merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
