1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise in adherence to warehouse guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
