1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be working approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support budget goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and basic arithmetic skills.
