Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $23.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participates in inventory counts following guidelines.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication and information exchange.
• Provides input for process improvements.
• Inspects products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Independently acts and decides within the delegated scope.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, frequent movement of merchandise.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
