1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores efficiently. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours of work per week. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to warehouse protocols.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills according to ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
