1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week, starting at up to $22.75 per hour. The shift begins at 8:00 AM, and various schedules are available to suit different preferences and lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
