1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Inspect, consult on product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, collaboration, and resilience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
