1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time position, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at a competitive wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. The role involves various schedules, including Schedule B, and duties range from receiving incoming stock to maintaining warehouse appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise and load/unload shipments strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to demonstrate concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
