1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This Full-Time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
