1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations focus on efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of stock and ensuring our stores are well-supplied.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.
• Inspect product quality and escalate any concerns to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently following guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
