1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, with 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, and organizing merchandise efficiently in our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
