Job Description

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
