Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Deliver excellent performance and drive for success.
• Organize work efficiently and maintain compliance with standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of basic arithmetic and following instructions.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
