Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating with team members and leadership. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Work independently within set responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
