Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member
Company: Aldi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday, Monday & Tuesday off
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday off
• Schedule B: Saturdays & Sundays (2 out of 3 weeks)
• Schedule C: Saturdays & Sundays (every other weekend)
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday, Saturday & Sunday off

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving and organizing merchandise.
• Loading and unloading shipments.
• Cleaning and inventory management.
• Communicating effectively with team and management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and ability to adapt.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating equipment.
• Working in various temperatures and environments.
