1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and consult on product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
