1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, interacting with team members and suppliers, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process enhancements.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
