1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in adherence to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications

* Must be 18 years or older.* Act conscientiously, collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.* Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, execute tasks accurately, and work independently or in a team environment.
