Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. As part of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise to ensure timely store deliveries. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise frequently.
• Work in different temperature environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
