Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Reorganize merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, perform basic arithmetic, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
