Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, managing warehouse inventory, and ensuring order fulfillment to meet store demands.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
