1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on shift and schedule. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning, participate in warehouse inventory counts, and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes, inspect products for quality, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, collaborate well with the team, exhibit a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize and execute efficiently.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
