1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock accurately for store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to warehouse guidelines, including loading and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to meet safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and communicate effectively with team and management.
• Cooperate with peers and suppliers to enhance warehouse processes.
• Execute tasks efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious work ethic, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, work in varied temperatures, and operate warehouse equipment.
